Cybercrime and Cybersecurity round table cancellation policy

For cancellations received up to four calendar weeks before the event we will refund 100% of any monies received and/or will cancel any outstanding invoices, less a £15 administration fee.

For cancellations received less than four weeks before the event we will not refund any monies, and will pursue any unpaid invoices.

All monies should be paid by 3rd September 2012.

Substitutions may be made free of charge.

Note: the registration fees are in pounds sterling. This means that if you use a non-UK credit or debit card, the amount you pay will depend on the prevailing exchange rate. Any refunds that we process will also be in pounds sterling and will also depend on the prevailing exchange rate. When exchange rates are relatively stable, the discrepancies in the amounts are usually trivial; when exchange rates are fluctuating the amounts are more significant (i.e. the amount you are refunded may be less than the amount you paid).
